  • I watched Henry V because it is well renowned and represented on “All-Time” movie and performances lists. It should be stated that movies are subjective and just because it is well respected doesn’t mean one has to like it…
  • Kenneth Branagh both directed and led this movie, and it is quite an achievement. In particular, the acting aspect.
  • Henry V is long. Very long. With lots of talking. A true stage adaption, it is something that is not for everyone.
  • The best scene of the movie came with Henry V in incognito and commiserating with local, regular soldiers by the fire and realizing the human aspect of leading.
