The time for Bachelor In Paradise has come. The time for bathing suits, sun burns, and margaritas has arisen. During Charity’s finale (where she ended up with Dotun, which we love), we got a sneak peek at what this season of Paradise will bring.

Then we got a look at what the first introduction video is going to be like. 

This blog post will address those who are listed upon the initial cast members. This is naturally not going to be everyone. We can see in the full season preview that there are plenty of other participants that come onto the beach and enjoy their time.

But for now, let’s take a gander at what the premiere is going to give us. We will fill in the blanks later as necessary.

So now let us delve into the craziness that will ensue with this cast of characters on Bachelor In Paradise

Cat Wong of “The Bachelor” season 27
  • She really, really bought into the cat gimmick when she was on The Bachelor.
    • This may be part of the reason that she was eliminated in week two.
  • I personally do not find Cat that attractive. That is a personal preference.
  • I am not very excited for Cat this season. Not the best way to open up my preview of the cast. Not great.
Brooklyn Willie of “THe Bachelor” season 27
  • Brooklyn was an agent of chaos on Zach’s season. She was not afraid to speak her mind which sometimes led to some troubles.
  • Brooklyn is going to thrive in Paradise I think. I think she is going to relish it.
  • I would like to place money on the fact that Brooklyn will ride a horse on the beach at some point during her stay.
  • Brooklyn is part of a large crop of blondes/dirty blondes to open up the season.
Will Urena of “The Bachelorette” season 18
  • I won’t lie, I needed a bit of a refresher on who Will Urena was.
    • He appeared on Michelle’s season of The Bachelorette and was eliminated after a couple of weeks.
  • The fact that Will does not enjoy getting money as a git is a bit alarming. I never mind a crisp bill.
  • As of a report in April of this year, WIll was “drugged, robbed and beaten” in Colombia. YIKES! That does not seem like a good time.
    • Hopefully the beach can offer him some respite and some happy thoughts.
Aaron Schwartzman of “The Bachelorette” season 20
  • Aaron Schwartzman had some good one-liners while on Charity’s season of The Bachelorette, but I don’t know if he is the most likable guy?
  • He may get a chance to get to jet ski now that he is on the beach.
  • For some reason I think Aaron is going to get a bit of a redemption arc.
Kylee Russell of “The Bachelor” season 27
  • Talk about someone who is in the need of a redemption arc. The main thing I remember about Kylee was her awkwardly standing over Zach in a not pretty bathing suit.
    • This is when she “threatened” to get into a physical altercation…but really it was all overblown.
  • A little surprised that Kylee has only 22.9K followers on Instagram. I for sure thought that it would be way more.
    • She does not post on Instagram a ton. Is it like every week or every other?
  • Kylee is made for paradise. I think she will be coveted after early on.
Rachel Recchia of “The Bachelor” season 26 & “The Bachelorette” Season 19
  • Well, here we are, a seasoned veteran of the Bachelor Universe.
  • Rachel was a contestant on Clayton’s season and was part of the massive drama on the stairs.
  • Rachel was then a Bachelorette…and she chose Tino and that proved to be a bad mistake because they didn’t even last till the end of the final episode.
  • How many Bachelor Nation contestants have appeared on all three shows?
    • Will Rachel grow old and be on The Golden Bachelor? That’d be something.
  • We saw Rachel getting really cozy with Brayden during The Final Rose of Charity’s season.
    • And you know what, I kinda get this. I don’t hate it. 
  • Will the breast reduction surgery come up? Perhaps it is too personal and I shouldn’t be mentioning it here.
Mercedes Northup of “The Bachelor” season 27
  • I remember that Mercedes exists. But that is really all that I remember. 
  • Mercedes is from Iowa. 
  • Mercedes was 24 years old when she was on The Bachelor with Zach Shallcross.
  • Mercedes enjoys posting bikini pictures on her Instagram, so she is perfectly set for Paradise and the beach.
Blake Moynes of “The Bachelorette” season 16 & 17
  • Blake, holy glow up!
  • I saw Blake in person at Barstool shortly after his engagement with Katie Thurston and I totally get it. He was a very, very attractive human.
    • NOW HE IS EVEN BETTER LOOKING HAVING SHAVED THE BEARD! Hot damn!
  • We know that Katie and Blake didn’t end things great….and we know that Katie is going to appear on the beach.
    • This is going to lead to hellish drama.
  • Blake is seasoned in this world. He has been through a ton of drama. I hope that he can navigate it well.
Sean McLaughlin of “The Bachelorette” season 20
  • Sean is going to be absolutely perfect for stirring up the pot in Paradise.
    • He is going to say so many things that rub people the wrong way.
  • How will his hair handle the humidity and the salt air?
  • I want Sean to be greeted by Kate Gallivan on the beach so there can be a “who is more spoiled?” competition.
  • Again, reminder, Sean used to be at Barstool and even if he was only there for a year, he learns how to be part of the mix, both dishing and receiving.
Olivia Lewis of “The Bachelor” season 27
  • Olivia has a GORGEOUS head shot and smile!
  • I do not remember her at all from Zach’s season at all. I have nothing.
    • I am like Gandalf, “I have no memory of this place.”
  • I will say that I am looking forward to seeing Olivia in Paradise.
  • She looks a bit like an old acquaintance from college, Brittany.
Sam Jeffries of “The Bachelor” season 26
  • Sam Jefferies looks like a dollar store version of Gabby.
    • Sorry, I am really sorry. I know that is mean. But when I see her face I think of Gabby and that is really it.
Kat Izzo of “The Bachelor” season 27
  • Kat is the Gisele look alike, but I don’t think that Gisele is all that exceptionally pretty.
  • Kat was sent home near the end of Zach’s season. Many people thought that she would be the winner.
  • Jesse Palmer went on the record telling Us that he thought that Kat would be the winner.
    • So whomever Kat picks on the beach can be determined to be the winner?
  • This is the good Kat. Not the other Cat.
Eliza Isichei of “The Bachelor” season 26
  • Eliza had a horrendous time on the last season of Bachelor In Paradise. She reversed course on Rodney after giving him a rose at the rose ceremony. She then chased after Justin…who shut him down. BRUTAL.
    • Really you just can’t drag Rodney along like that. People love him too much.
  • Now to be fair, Eliza is very pretty so I am not upset to see her on the beach. She is going to be well sought after.
  • Also, Eliza is now like Blake: a seasoned veteran. She has been through this before so hopefully she can learn and teach other people lessons.
Jess Girod of “The Bachelor” season 27
  • GLITTER. IT IS TIME FOR GLITTER.
    • How does glitter play on the beach?
  • Jess caught my attention off the show. Emma followed her Instagram and she is really stunningly beautiful in real life. I think all of the dresses don’t do her as much justice and jeans and a tee-shirt. She has a natural beauty that radiates in normal life.
  • Also Jess and Zach had a weird relationship breakup on the season. I remember not really being able to pick a winner of the discussion. I think it was a both look bad situation.
Peter Cappio of “The Bachelorette” season 20
  • Peter got absolutely SKEWERED at the Men Tell All…and then Jesse Palmer told the audience that he was going to be on Paradise…and there was little to no fanfare.
    • For those who need a refresher; Peter got eliminated super early, and then went on a Zoom Call and asked about endorsements.
  • The one thing that Peter has going for him is that we really know absolutely nothing about him. Nothing at all.
Aaron Bryant of “The Bachelorette” season 20
  • I personally do not like Aaron, so I am not very excited to see him on the beach.
    • When he reappeared in Fuji with Charity I got FURIOUS.
  • Aaron is a very protective person…and that probably won’t bode well on the Paradise beach where people are swapping kissing partners like love notes in a middle school class.
  • I do think that his military maturity will draw some people in; he will be popular enough.
  • Also, let’s be fair, Aaron looks GREAT in the blue shirt he is wearing in this promotion photo.
BRayden Bowers of “The Bachelorette” season 20
  • Brayden was destined for Paradise right from the moment we first saw his earnings. Everyone knew it, and everyone accepted it.
  • You are encouraged to be extremely emotive on the beach. You are encouraged to be eccentric. This all fits Brayden great.
  • Brayden was best in the woods…well he was most weird in the Washington woods. How will he be in the sand?
    • He is a San Diego boy, so he may just be used to it.
  • Brayden and Rachel seem to be loving each other, at least as of the end of Charity’s season.
    • Again, I think this works.
  • I am excited for the Brayden redemption arc.
  • Brayden has to be excited too because Paradise does not NEED to end in an engagement.
Greer Blitzer of “The Bachelor” season 20
  • I think Greer is so fucking cute. She is just my type. Is what it is.
  • Greer got a bit of the cold shoulder on Zach’s season because she got COVID, lost a week, then tried to rekindle it, and we knew that it wasn’t going to work.
  • Greer is very young, so I think she is really going to like the beach element. I can see Greer exploring all options.
  • Greer has a photo with Brittany (from last season’s Paradise) and that is just everything up my alley.
  • DOWN BOY. I AM TELLING MYSELF TO BE DOWN.

Bachelor in Paradise premieres on Thursday, September 28 at 9 P.M. on ABC.
