• Wesley Snipes makes Blade so freaking cool.
• The opening of this movie is one of the best for a comic book movie. Just throws you into the world and says, “soak in it.”
• In rewatching the movie this time around, I was more impressed with Stephen Dorff as Deacon Frost.
• The one thing that did not change for me this time around was how weak the final battle is. I wish it had more punch, however Deacon turning into the bad version of bubble boy still looks and feels silly.
