• Most people liked Synchronic, huh? Rather surprising to me when I went and checked out Rotten Tomatoes and IMDB after the fact. I did not like this movie.
• The dialogue in this movie is terrible. None of the conversations between Steve (Anthony Mackie) and Dennis (Jamie Dornan) are palatable. They all seem forced and none of the emotion behind the arguments or resolution are earned.
• I have a hot take. Is Anthony Mackie a good actor? Trying to recall movies he has been in, there are not a lot that stick out. I really disliked Outside The Wire (2021) and thought he was very boring in the Marvel Avenger’s movies. This is now a point for me to find more movies Mackie is in.
• Also, who would take this drug?? I mean it’s nuts. Like seems way to dangerous.
