Below are all the movies I have seen (thus far) that were released in the year 2021.

They are in alphabetical order.

Just other end of calendar year facts I found interesting for myself. These come from my Letterboxd all-time stats, and I am curious to see how they shift of the next year.

I watched 213 movies this year and that does not include rewatches from the first half of 2021

Most Watched Directors
Let’s gooo!!!!! David Fincher is finally in my top 10! Ronald Emmerich and Quentin Tarantino are also at 10 movies each.

Highest Rated Directors
All hale Taylor Swift haha. I am not biased at all.

Most Watched Stars
I did not watch a single movie with Morgan Freeman this year?? Dwayne Johnson has entered the list following his debacle of “Red Notice” and the tolerable “Jungle Cruise.”

Highest Rated Stars
It turns out that I watched something with John Morris this year and it took down his rating from a 4.8 to a 4.4. I have no idea what he was in. This is one of those lists that is skewed because of the few movies attached to each star.

Letterboxd List Completion
Added in a healthy percentage to AFI 100 Years 100 Movies list and Oscar Best Picture Winners.

Rating By Release Year
Just kind of cool to see how this fluctuates but is also similar.

Most Viewed Crew & Studios
Yes, I do love Stephen King. Little sad that Sylvester Stallone on there as number two. Turns out I am a big Andy Nelson fan, would have none.
