Watching Rollerball is a messy situation. Does it make any sense whatsoever? Absolutely not. Is it well made, written, acted, or directed? Nope.
The Color Purple (2023) had been on my to-do list for a long time.
Swayze’s Road House has one major trait on its side that Gyllenhaal’s does not. There are no throats being ripped out in this reboot. Nothing of the sort.
The Gambler (1975) is the 1970s version of Uncut Gems (2019). It has all the paranoia you want, anchored by a lead performance from James Caan that makes you feel as if you’re putting in a betting slip with him.
The Crow is a massive bet by Bill Skarsgård, on Bill Skarsgård.

What an absolute shit movie. Sorry to be blunt, but there are no other words to describe this abhorrent attempt at a franchise reboot.
There is evil seeped into every crevice of Suspiria.
A small group of people must survive a harrowing experience in a unique environment while slowly learning that someone or something can’t be trusted. It becomes a fight for survival and the characters are pushed to limits they didn’t know they could emotionally or physically cross.
